There will be times that you may need to reschedule an appointment. Please give us a call as soon as possible so that we can quickly reappoint you. By doing so, we can prevent losing any treatment time.

Following a missed appointment, a reminder phone call will be made bringing the absence to your attention.

Excessive broken and rescheduled appointments can result in additional charges and increased treatment time.
